1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScopeNinja ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ScopeNinja provides a web-based application for defining, freezing, and tracking project scope to prevent scope creep. The Service allows users to create projects, define scope items, freeze baselines, track revisions, and export scope documentation.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Pricing and Payment

ScopeNinja offers a one-time payment of $29 for lifetime access. Payment terms:

  • All payments are processed through Stripe
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Free users have access to limited features (1 project, 1 baseline)
  • Paid users receive unlimited projects and clean PDF exports

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in ScopeNinja. By using the Service, you grant us the right to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

ScopeNinja is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
